A former Derby City Council leader has been given a nine-month prison sentence suspended for a year for indecently assaulting a seven-year-old boy. Maurice Burgess, 58, pleaded guilty at Nottingham Crown Court to assaulting the boy 23 years ago.
The court heard the former Liberal Democrat councillor had a similar conviction dating back to 1971. He was leader of the council from 2003 until July 2005 and an Abbey ward councillor until May 2006.

I find it outrageous that so many people vote for the Lib Dems, they have hundreds of councillors and dozens of MP’s. Yet it’s clear for anyone to see they are a bunch of filthy degenerate perverts. I mean its not as if their depraved antics aren’t well publicised. The usually inept and politically correct hamstrung MSM have reported countless horror tales of Lib Dems and all the rent boy shagging and child molesting they do.
What’s wrong with the people that keep voting for these grubby filthy little shithouses?
Is it a requirement to be a paedo to join the Lib Dems? They do seem to attract the "anything goes " type dont they?
Perhaps the party was founded specifically to cater for the electoral needs of paedos?
Maybe everyone who votes for them is in fact a paedo? Scarey thought Britlord, thats a fair amount of peiople Scotland yard should be looking at.
